Many property owners do not have accurate documentation of their existing structures. BSTK can document existing spaces for use by Owners, Property Management, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors for a variety of use cases. Documentation can be provided in digital CAD & BIM formats, as well as PDF for printing & distribution. Documentation is captured using LiDAR technology in addition to physical measurements & field notes to provide accurate records of existing conditions for reference and collaboration.
